Data Deletion
You can delete your data from Pilot at any time. We provide two options:
1. Disconnect your social accounts
Sign in, go to Settings → Accounts, and choose Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn access tokens we stored for you. We retain no platform credentials after a disconnect.
2. Delete your entire account & data
To delete your account and all associated data — your brand profile, generated and learned posts, social tokens, and logs — email privacy@pilotsmm.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email and hashed password)
- Your brand profile and learned voice
- Draft, published, and learned posts
- Encrypted social access tokens
- Associated operational/audit logs
Note: posts already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram remain on those platforms — manage or remove those directly in Facebook/ Instagram. See also our Privacy Policy.
